The latest advert from Aviva is worth a watch. Norwich Union's name change is generating some strong opinions so without concentrating on the adverts purpose and marketing strategy I want to highlight the following words of wisdom...

- I am not a target market
- Always remember who's money it is
- Take me seriously
- Don't clutter your language with corporate jargon
- Don't treat me like an idiot
- Remember me
- Just recognise me
This is what everybody wants when using a service. This is what those providing a service need to truly understand.
